Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Palmetto Interactive Services, LLC ("Palmetto Interactive", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you visitpalmettointeractive.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. We do not sell personal information. The Site is used for business inquiry and analytics, not to display advertisements.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. Do not include passwords, account numbers, regulated data, trade secrets, production credentials, or material subject to a confidentiality obligation. A high-level description of the business need is enough; we can arrange an appropriate channel if a conversation continues.

Information we collect

• Contact information. The contact form collects the name and company name, email, message, selected areas of interest, budget range, and timeline that you submit. Approved links may also carry a fixed service identifier so the inquiry arrives with the relevant service context; unknown values are discarded.
• Usage and device information. Our analytics and monitoring tools may collect IP-derived approximate location, browser and device information, pages and referring URLs, clicks and navigation, resource timing, errors, and other performance data.
• Session replay. On pages that do not contain the contact form, Microsoft Clarity may create a visual reconstruction of a sampled browsing session. Session replay is disabled on the homepage and dedicated contact page.
• Error reports. When a page fails, our self-hosted error monitoring records the error message and stack trace, the page URL, browser and device information, and the recent interactions that preceded it. Cookies and submitted form contents are stripped before the report is sent, and reports are deleted after 30 days. We do not record sessions or performance traces.
• Contact-form events. We send selected areas of interest, budget range, timeline, a fixed service identifier or "direct", and submission success or error status to Google Analytics as analytics events. We do not add the form's name, company, email, or free-text message to those custom events.

How we use your information

• Respond to an inquiry and evaluate potential work;
• Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Site;
• Understand traffic, navigation, performance, and conversion patterns;
• Maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Providers that process Site data

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts the static Site through S3 and CloudFront. A Lambda function processes contact-form submissions, and Amazon Simple Email Service delivers those submissions to us.
• Sentry provides error monitoring. It is self-hosted on infrastructure we operate, so error reports are not shared with a third-party monitoring vendor. It captures errors only; it does not sample sessions, record replays, or collect performance traces.
• Microsoft Clarity provides usage analytics and session replay, including interaction and navigation patterns, on pages that do not contain the contact form. Its script is not loaded on the homepage or dedicated contact page.
• Google Analytics 4 provides traffic and usage analytics.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a lawful request, protect rights or safety, or complete a business transaction involving Palmetto Interactive.

Cookies and tracking

The providers above may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to maintain a session and measure Site use. Browser controls can limit or delete these technologies, although doing so may affect the data those tools collect.

Data retention

We retain contact-form messages for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or perform work, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Analytics and replay retention depends on our provider configuration and the provider's applicable terms. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, contractual, security, and backup requirements.

Where information is processed

Palmetto Interactive is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions where they operate. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights, including where applicable the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email[email protected] and include enough detail for us to understand and verify it. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the Site and the information it handles. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, which is another reason not to submit sensitive or confidential material through the form.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the Site, our practices, or applicable requirements. The date below shows when it was last revised.
