Every engagement starts with a two-week paid review and a one-page contract of done — scope, evals, latency budget, and the bill, with no surprises to either side. We ship a working surface every week, write things down, and hand off runbooks and evaluation harnesses your team can run without us. If a phase isn't delivering, we say so on a Friday.
